This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or third-party analytics. Every part of the site is served from our own server. There is no cookie choice to make, because there is nothing to choose.
Our web server records technical data, including IP addresses and requested pages. We use this to trace misuse of our information systems and to keep the site working correctly. We keep it for no more than three months.
The contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, any organisation name, the subject you selected and your message. We also record your IP address to prevent abuse of the form.
We use this data solely to answer your question. It is sent to us by email and additionally kept in this website's database for at most fourteen days, so that a request is not lost if sending fails. After that we delete it automatically. We keep the email itself for at most one year after contact has ended.
The SOC Dashboard
If your organisation uses the SOC Dashboard, we record the following personal data in the platform: names, company names and email addresses. We process this data to provide access to the platform, to send alerts and to deliver our services. The legal basis is the performance of the agreement with your organisation.
This data is kept for as long as your organisation uses the platform. After the agreement ends we delete the accounts and the personal data belonging to them, except where we are legally required to keep data longer, such as for tax purposes. Under Dutch tax law we keep administrative records of completed assignments for seven years.
The platform is protected against unauthorised access. We do not sell this data and do not share it with third parties.
Special and sensitive personal data
Our websites and services collect no data other than described above. We never store special categories of personal data. Nor do we intend to collect data about visitors under the age of sixteen, unless they have parental consent. We cannot, however, verify a visitor's age. If you believe we have collected data about a minor without that consent, contact us at fg@qualitysign.nl and we will delete it.
Automated decision-making
Qualitysign does not take decisions based on automated processing about matters that may have significant consequences for individuals - decisions taken by computer programs or systems without human involvement.
Sharing with third parties
Qualitysign does not give or sell your data to third parties and provides it only where necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process data on our instructions we conclude a data processing agreement, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Qualitysign remains responsible for these processing activities.
Viewing, amending or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for processing, to object to processing, and to data portability - meaning you may ask us to send the personal data we hold about you to you or to an organisation you name, in a computer file.
Send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer, or a withdrawal of consent, to fg@qualitysign.nl. To be certain the request comes from you, we may ask you to identify yourself. If you enclose a copy of your identity document, please black out your photograph, the machine-readable strip at the bottom, the document number and your citizen service number. This is to protect your own privacy. We respond as soon as possible, and within four weeks at the latest.
You may also lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How we secure personal data
Qualitysign takes the protection of your data seriously and applies appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you believe your data is not properly secured, or you see signs of misuse, contact us at fg@qualitysign.nl. Vulnerabilities in this website can be reported as described at /.well-known/security.txt.
